Job summary

First Table Group is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our Perth restaurant network in a remote-first role with in-person meetings across the city. You will own the end-to-end cycle from prospecting to onboarding, leveraging local market insights to identify opportunities and close partnerships.

You will thrive on winning new business, building relationships with restaurant owners, and owning your territory with autonomy, while supported by an experienced national team.

Qualifications

• Proven success in building new business and partnerships.
• Ability to identify and approach prospective restaurant partners.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in creating and managing a sales pipeline.
• Familiarity with Perth hospitality landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new restaurant partners in Perth.
• Build a healthy pipeline through prospecting and territory planning.
• Convert leads into customers by communicating value of First Table.
• Own opportunities from first contact to onboarding and launch.
• Develop long-term relationships with restaurant owners/operators.
• Stay updated on Perth hospitality landscape and competitors.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless partner experience.
