Job summary

First Table is a global restaurant discovery and booking platform that connects diners with fantastic restaurants while helping venues fill tables. We are hiring two Partner Success Specialists for a fully remote role with a location preference in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or the Gold Coast, starting January 2027.

You will nurture restaurant partnerships, identify opportunities, and drive bookings while growing with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in account management or a similar relationship-focused role.
• Curious, proactive and commercially minded.
• Able to build genuine relationships and solve partner challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with restaurant partners and understand their goals.
• Proactively connect with partners to improve bookings and performance.
• Use partner data to identify opportunities and suggest improvements.
• Navigate partner enquiries and collaborate on solutions that stick.
• Identify risks early and support long-term partner retention.
• Own outcomes and drive impact on the restaurant community.
