Programmed Facility Management is seeking a Regional Culinary Support professional to join our Culinary Services team. This Perth-based role involves regular travel to operational sites, providing hands-on culinary expertise, coaching and support to village operations.

You will work with site leaders and culinary teams to ensure approved presentation standards, recipes, menus and service procedures are consistently delivered. A senior catering background and coaching focus are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Significant catering/culinary experience in operations
• Experience coaching culinary teams and applying standards
• Experience with audits and site inspections

Responsibilities

• Observe site culinary prep and presentation
• Coach chefs and staff with practical demonstrations
• Lead culinary audits and implement corrective actions
