Australian Venue Co in Perth is seeking an experienced Tournant Head Chef to lead across our South-of-the-River venues. You’ll step into different kitchens, teams and styles, taking ownership during busy periods to deliver great food and service.

Qualifications

• Proven senior kitchen leadership with experience across busy venues.
• Able to adapt to varying kitchen environments and menus.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chefs across multiple venues and lead during peak services.
• Maintain food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Lead services and keep kitchen operations running smoothly.
• Coach and develop kitchen teams; ensure food safety and compliance.
• Assist with menu execution, prep, stock and organisation.
