Job summary

DTN is seeking a Project Support Coordinator for our Perth, Australia office. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support Australia Operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth.

From contract award through delivery, you will help ensure requirements are met and deliverables are completed efficiently. You will report to the Delivery Manager and support planning, documentation, and financial tracking to keep projects on time and within

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
• English language proficiency is essential; other languages are valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal project kick-off meetings with the Project Manager and relevant teams.
• Assist with logistics and procurement activities to support on-time delivery.
• Assist the Project Manager with contract administration and issue resolution.
• Support review and documentation of subcontractor contracts and purchase orders.
• Coordinate project logistics with internal stakeholders and support on-site tasks.
• Collaborate with Proposals to prepare quotations and proposals based on client needs.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, invoices, and contracts.
• Support day-to-day operational processes and project logistics.
