CADDS Group, a leading Western Australian engineering consultancy, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer in Perth to manage a portfolio of mining, resources, and infrastructure projects from tender through delivery.

You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, coordinate resources, manage scope and budget, and maintain strong client relationships while travelling to Pilbara and Southwest sites as required. This role offers diverse projects and career development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in engineering, project delivery, or a similar role.
• Qualification in Engineering or a related discipline, and/or relevant industry experience. (Mechanical Engineering - preferred)
• Current Australian work rights and a valid driver's licence.
• Flexibility to undertake project and client travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and delivery activities.
• Coordinate internal resources across engineering, survey, architecture, and electrical disciplines.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and risks.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, reports, and project documentation.
• Support tender submissions and business development activities.
