Qualifications

• Previous experience as Mortgage Broker, Lending Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of residential lending products and credit assessment processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
• Self-motivated approach with strong organisational skills.
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain).
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their financial situation and borrowing needs.
• Structure and recommend suitable home loan and lending solutions.
• Prepare and submit loan applications while managing the process through to settlement.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with clients and partners.
• Keep clients informed throughout the application process and provide clear guidance.
• Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline to ensure timely outcomes.
