Job summary

Datacom in Perth is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to ensure contracted services are delivered in line with contracts. You will be the single point of contact for clients and align requirements with Datacom’s service levels, supporting customers end to end with Service Delivery Managers.

This Perth-only role is hybrid, with in-person collaboration emphasized while allowing work-from-home flexibility where possible.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of IT experience.
• Good grasp of service management methodologies including ITIL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer relationship skills.
