Job summary

Enable Scotland is seeking a motivated Team Facilitator to lead a team of Personal Assistants in the Perth region. You will work with the Service Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred support and effective service delivery.

The role includes rostering, performance reviews, on-call duties and travel across Central East Scotland. A Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Evidence of leading teams in a care/support environment.
• Ability to supervise personal assistants and manage performance.
• Experience in rostering and staff wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Personal Assistants to deliver person-centred support.
• Conduct supervisions, observations and performance reviews.
• Assist with induction of new staff and staff wellbeing.
• Prepare rotas and maintain records; travel across Central East Scotland.
• Attend meetings with families and health professionals; participate in reviews.
