Job summary

Call-In Homecare in Perth is seeking a community care assistant to support clients at home. You can join with or without prior experience, with full training provided and a guaranteed-hours contract. Flexible mornings, evenings, and bank shifts are available across contracted patterns.

You will help with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication prompts, while recording visits. Full UK driving licence and access to a car are preferred.

Qualifications

Your Role as a Care Assistant in the Community

• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
