Job summary

Otis is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a field service team in Perth, WA. You will oversee service, maintenance and repair activities, ensuring safety and high standards across projects for Otis clients in Western Australia.

The role requires strong people leadership, supervisory experience, and the ability to coordinate with sales, inspectors and night-shift mechanics. It is a permanent position with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Engineering or trade qualifications relevant to lifting equipment.
• Electrical license is a plus; supervisory certificates are preferred.
• Strong leadership with safety and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all Service and Repair Field employees.
• Deliver safety coaching and training relevant to teams and individuals.
• Stand by as Duty Supervisor to night calls and emergency parts dispatch.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with Service Managers, customers and inspectors.
• Ensure procedures meet business and legislative requirements and customer expectations.
• Partner with Sales to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Validate service quality through audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Take on additional Territory during peak workload periods.
