Job summary

Based in Maddington, WA, the role supports operations across Western Australia and the Northern Territory, delivering commercial and contract administration across a diverse portfolio.

You will manage contractual risk, support the full project lifecycle from tender to close out, and partner with stakeholders to interpret, negotiate, and guide teams

Qualifications

• Experience in a Senior Contracts Administrator, Contracts Administrator or commercial role within construction, infrastructure, civil or industrial environments.
• Background in construction project delivery or related discipline.
• Risk mitigation experience pre-contract.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, contract management and commercial risk.
• Ability to interpret, negotiate and guide project teams through complex contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical problem solving and origination abilities.

Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their Transport & Infrastructure team. Supporting their operations across Western Australia and the Northern Territory this permanent full-time role is based in their Maddington office and will play a key role in providing commercial and contract administration expertise across a diverse portfolio of projects and contracts.

As part of the Commercial & Risk function you will work closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to manage contractual risk, drive commercial outcomes and provide support across the full project lifecycle, from tender through to delivery and close out.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in a Senior Contracts Administrator, Contracts Administrator or commercial role within construction, infrastructure, civil or industrial environments
• Background in construction project delivery or tertiary related discipline
• Demonstrated skills at risk mitigation pre-contract
• Strong knowlege of contract administration, contract management and commercial risk
• The ability to interpret, negotiate and guide project teams through complex contracts
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communiation skills
• Excellent analytical problem solving and origination abilities
