Job summary

Commercial Laundry Solutions Pty is seeking a full-time Laundry Equipment Technician based in Perth. You will install, service and repair commercial washers, dryers, ironers and finishing systems at client sites across metro Perth and regional areas.

You will diagnose faults on electrical, mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment, carry out preventative maintenance, set up dosing systems and keep accurate service records. A National Police Check is required or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial laundry equipment, especially Electrolux Professional.
• Ability to work on-site and travel to client sites across metro Perth and regional WA.
• National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix faults on electrical, mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment
• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance and replace parts
• Install and commission new machines
• Set up and service laundry chemical dosing systems
• Keep accurate service records and job notes
• Work with the office to schedule jobs and order parts
• Explain the work to clients and show their staff how to use and care for their equipment
• Able to do hands-on physical work, including lifting and working in tight spaces
