Job summary

Ampersand Ltd is seeking a Service Technician to join our national service team. Based in NSW, you will travel to customer sites across Queensland and occasionally interstate to install, commission, service and fault-find heavily automated laundry equipment.

You’ll gain PLC/VFD expertise, perform safety reports, and participate in ongoing training, with a clear path toward Senior Technician. You will hold a NSW electrical licence, bring a trade background, and be comfortable reading schematics;

Qualifications

• Unrestricted NSW electrical licence required.
• Trade qualification as Industrial Electrician/Electrical fitter or similar.
• Exposure to PLC fault-finding and drive systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission new equipment alongside senior technicians.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance across NSW/QLD customer base.
