Venturex Talent Group (Venturex Global PTY LTD) is seeking a commercially minded Business Development professional to lead pre-contract activities across large-scale commercial construction in Perth. You will leverage an established network to open doors, build trust and convert opportunities into secured projects.

Working with senior leadership, you’ll influence strategy, pursue bigger opportunities and drive growth beyond fit-out.

Qualifications

• Proven success in Business Development, Pre-Contracts or Commercial Construction Sales.
• Well-established network within the Perth commercial construction market.
• Strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants and key industry stakeholders.
• Track record of securing commercial construction projects.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
• A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a passion for growing a business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new commercial construction opportunities.
• Leverage your network of developers, consultants, architects and project managers.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business.
• Manage opportunities from introduction through contract award.
• Prepare and present compelling pre-contract proposals and submissions.
• Work with estimating and leadership to develop winning strategies.
• Monitor market activity and identify future project opportunities.
• Help drive growth into larger commercial construction projects.
