Job summary

Prestige Talent Solutions is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Whitford team in Western Australia. You will oversee all store operations, stock management, merchandising, and team leadership to drive sales and uphold an excellent customer experience.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will manage 10-12 casual staff with a strong 2IC, and play a pivotal role in achieving targets while maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience in high-volume stores.
• Clear communication with team, customers and management.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage budgets and store performance.
• Experience coaching and developing staff to reach potential.
• Strong eye for detail in visual displays and merchandising.
• Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Manage daily store operations, inventory flow, and policy adherence.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10-12 casual staff.
• Visual Merchandising: Create and maintain compelling displays aligned with brand standards.
• Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, set targets, and implement growth strategies.
• Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service and handle inquiries and issues.
• Training & Development: Coach staff for future leadership roles.
