Job summary

Dan Murphy’s is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead store leaders and teams, delivering sales growth and exceptional customer experiences across multiple Perth stores. The role involves collaborating with state leadership, driving commercial performance, and shaping a winning culture through coaching and change management.

Travel across the portfolio is required, and you bring proven retail leadership, stakeholder influence, and a proactive, warm approach to people development.

• Develop talent pipelines and future leaders through regular feedback and meaningful succession planning.
