Qualifications

• 10+ years leading change for technology implementations and operating model transformations.
• Strategic leader who can drive delivery close to execution.
• Strong executive engagement, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Experience navigating complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP products, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Mining or global transformation experience is essential.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to drive action in a small team.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead an integrated change strategy across technology, process and operating model changes.
• Partner with senior leaders to build alignment, strengthen sponsorship and guide decisions on change impacts, sequencing and readiness.
• Anticipate organisational impacts, dependencies and adoption risks, translating these into practical recommendations and action.
• Ensure business readiness informs implementation plans and delivery milestones.
• Provide strategic direction to the existing change management capability, aligning stakeholder engagement, communications and training with the broader transformation.
• Establish meaningful measures of readiness and adoption, maintaining visibility of progress and areas requiring intervention.
