Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Material & Logistics Coordinator to join our Engineering Construction E&I team based in our Perth office. You will support project delivery through material coordination, logistics and technical documentation, interfacing with Engineering, Procurement and Project teams.

You will review drawings, identify material requirements and maintain registers, while ensuring accurate information across systems and databases to support schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Material Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator or similar role within mining, resources, oil & gas or major construction projects.
• Technical, trade or engineering background, or demonstrated experience in a construction project environment with ability to understand technical terminology.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and complete or support material take-offs.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation to identify project material requirements.
• Complete material take-offs (MTOs) and maintain accurate material registers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate material procurement, logistics and delivery to support project schedules.
• Maintain and update client material management systems, project databases and documentation.
• Monitor material status, shortages and critical path items, providing regular updates to project teams.
• Liaise with engineering, procurement, vendors, site teams and clients to ensure accurate and timely material information.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets and project documentation to support material management and project delivery.
