Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Material & Logistics Coordinator to join our Engineering Construction E&I team, based in Perth. You will support project delivery through material coordination, logistics and technical documentation, interpreting drawings and working with cross-functional teams.

You’ll liaise with engineering, procurement and site teams to ensure timely material information, manage material registers, and update project databases.

Qualifications

• Requires technical, trade or engineering background with ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction terminology.
• Experience coordinating materials, procurement, and logistics within mining, resources, oil & gas or major construction projects.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyse large volumes of project data.
• Experience with client document management systems and project databases.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation to identify project material requirements.
• Complete material take-offs (MTOs) and maintain material registers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate material procurement, logistics and delivery to support project schedules.
• Maintain and update client material management systems, project databases and documentation.
• Monitor material status, shortages and critical path items, providing updates to project teams.
• Liaise with engineering, procurement, vendors, site teams and clients to ensure accurate material information.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets and project documentation to support material management and project delivery.
