Job summary

ISS Facility Services (Australia) is seeking First Nations Customer Service Attendants to join the Perth Airport team on a casual basis. You will assist travellers, manage passenger flow, and uphold a welcoming airport environment while working with security teams.

An Indigenous leadership and mentoring context is provided to support career growth. This role includes access to in-house aviation security training, a clear development pathway into aviation security roles, and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience or genuine interest in the aviation industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening.
• Eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) sponsored by ISS.
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster.

About the Role

Reporting to the Indigenous Coordinator and supported by a welcoming supervisory team, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for passengers travelling through Perth Airport.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting travellers with enquiries and directions
• Managing passenger flow efficiently through terminal screening areas
• Creating a safe, welcoming, and professional airport environment
• Working collaboratively with airport stakeholders and security teams

We're looking for people who are customer-focused, reliable, and eager to learn.

You will ideally have:

• Previous customer service experience or a genuine interest in working within the aviation industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
• Eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) sponsored by ISS (no criminal history within the last 10 years)
• An unrestricted driver's licence and reliable transport
• Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster
