Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Personal Support Worker to deliver high-quality care that enhances residents' dignity and wellbeing. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and documentation, working closely with nurses and the care team.

The role offers Thursday to Friday? Actually Monday to Friday evening shifts in a supportive environment with opportunities for development and employee discounts. Applicants must have Australian Working Rights.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Passion for aged care and helping others.
• Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player.
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Dementia Care Experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Assist residents with meals and dietary needs.
• Monitor and report changes in health or behaviour.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team.
