Job summary

Arcare is seeking a Personal Support Worker to deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that preserves residents’ dignity and independence. You will join a supportive team in a state-of-the-art facility and contribute to a caring, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Passion for aged care and helping others.
• Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player.
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team

About The Role
