Arcare Aged Care is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to provide high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that preserves residents’ dignity and independence.

You will assist with daily living tasks, mobility and transfers, meals, health monitoring, documentation, and collaborate with nurses and the wider care team.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
• Passion for aged care
• Friendly, compassionate and adaptable team player
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
