Job summary

BlueCare Community Care in Yeppoon is seeking a Personal Carer Domestic to support clients in their homes, helping with daily activities and domestic tasks to maintain independence and quality of life.

The role involves travel for scheduled visits across Yeppoon and surrounding areas, providing cleaning, meal prep, laundry and companionship, with permanent part-time hours and Not-for-Profit salary packaging options.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work – Essential
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
• Confidence to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies

Responsibilities

About The Role

As a Personal Carer Domestic, you’ll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

• Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
• Provide domestic assistance with house cleaning, meal preparation & laundry and ironing
• Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Role Requirements
