Job summary

BlueCare Mackay Homefield Aged Care Facility is seeking a Personal Carer to support residents with daily living tasks and activities. The role focuses on dignity, independence and meaningful daily engagement within a residential aged care setting.

You will work part-time permanently, with shifts at Mackay Homefield. A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is required, and familiarity with digital devices is preferred.

• Daily living support and personal care provided with respect for independence.
• Comfort with using smartphones, tablets and laptops for care planning and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance including showering and personal hygiene.
• Support meals and mobility; follow individual Care Plans.
