BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer to support clients in the community across Mount Tamborine, Logan Reserve and surrounding areas. You’ll deliver in-home personal care, daily living assistance, and transportation to help clients maintain independence.

This casual role requires a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, a current Australian driver’s licence, a roadworthy vehicle, and basic tech skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) required.
• Comfort with smartphones, tablets, laptops and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance (showering, hygiene, meals, housework).
• Support client independence and coordinate with Care Plans.
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments and activities.
• Support clients with community-based activities and social engagement.
