BlueCare Lowood is seeking a Personal Carer to support residents in our Lowood Aged Care Facility, focusing on independence and quality of life through daily activities.

You'll assist with daily living, follow personalised care plans, and participate in community activities, with night shifts available for permanent part-time roles and salary packaging benefits to boost take-home pay.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Disability Support equivalent.
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain the clearance.

Employment Status: Permanent part time - Only Night Duty Shifts available (10pm to 6am). Please state in application if you're available for Nighty Duty shifts.

Location: Lowood Aged Care Facility

Remuneration: $36.32 p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts

About the role:

As a Personal Carer you'll provide care to your clients living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:

• Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility
• Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
• Supporting with community based recreational and social activities

Role requirements:

• Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
