Job summary

BlueCare Labrador Gardens Aged Care Facility is seeking a Personal Carer to provide compassionate care in our residential home on a permanent part-time or casual basis. You will support residents with daily living activities, follow care plans, and help with social and recreational activities across AM, PM and Night shifts.

Remuneration is $36.32 per hour, with a 25% casual uplift ($45.40), plus super, salary packaging, penalties and allowances.

• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops.

• Providing care in accordance with individualised Care Plans.

About the role:

As aPersonal Careryou’ll provide care to your clients living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:

Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility

Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan

Supporting with community based recreational and social activities

Role requirements:

Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification

Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc

Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies

NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
