ARRCS is seeking a qualified Personal Care Worker to support residents and home care clients at our Remote Aged Care Facility in Kaltukatjara, NT. The role requires relocation to the Indigenous community and offers permanent, full-time work at 38 hours per week, with a gross hourly rate of 38.33–39.91 AUD, equating to about 75,700–78,800 AUD per year.

About the role
ARRCS are wishing to recruit an experienced and qualified Personal Care Worker to support the clinical care of our residents and home care consumers within our Aged Care Facility Tjilpi Pampaky Ngura Flexible Aged Care Facility located in Kaltukatjara (Docker River) in Central Australia, Northern Territory.
This is a residential role and would require you to relocate to the indigenous community of Kaltukatjara in Central Australia, Northern Territory.
This role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis working 38 hours per week and at a salary of $38.33 - $39.91 / hour gross base (annual salary of $75,700 - $78,800 PA) dependent on previous experience.

This role is suited to people who have care and compassion and enjoy interacting with our residents within our facilities. You will bring previous experience in an aged care or disability support role and will have the skills and experience to complete work with respect and professionalism whilst having supervision from our facilities senior nursing staff when required. You will provide a strong work ethic whilst being able to ensure that the care and wellbeing of our residents are kept to the highest standards.
