Return to Country Support Officer - Katherine
About the role
ARRCS are actively sourcing a Return to Country Support Officer to join their team on a full-time basis and attracts an hourly rate of $38.40 - $41.90 / hour gross base (dependent on skills and experience).
Based in Katherine, Northern Territory, this highly administrative role will see you supporting operations of the program by working with clients and their families, taking bookings and responding to general enquiries, help with preparation of trips and support the maintenance of vehicles including servicing and cleaning.
This role would ideally suit a proactive person who is comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision. You will have excellent computer skills and enjoy coordinating and organizing bookings. You will ideally have experience working with First Nations and have strong cultural knowledge. In addition, you will enjoy customer service, this role will require you to be the first point of contact for many of the consumers using this service.
In addition, you will be able to travel, when required, to remote communities with possible overnight requirements.
