Job summary

Right at Home Hervey Bay / Maryborough is seeking a caring Personal Care Worker to supply personalised home-based support across Hervey Bay, Maryborough and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily living, mobility and companionship, helping clients maintain independence and dignity in their own homes.

The successful candidate will be compassionate, reliable and professional, able to work independently and within a team, with availability Monday to Friday for 10–20 hours per week.

Personal Care Worker - Hervey Bay / Marybrough

We are looking for dedicated and professional female Personal Care Workers to join our growing team and provide exceptional, person-centred support to clients across Hervey Bay / Maryborough and surrounding areas.

As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll do so much more than provide practical assistance; you’ll be someone our clients can rely on. Every day brings an opportunity to brighten someone’s day, support their independence and help them feel safe, valued and empowered in their own home and community.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll provide personalised care and support based on each client’s individual needs, preferences and routines, including:

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, showering, grooming and dressing
