Job summary

Right at Home Central QLD is hiring Personal Care Workers to support clients across Yeppoon. You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping and transport to appointments, delivering compassionate, tailored support in the community.

We’re seeking experienced carers with excellent communication and time management, able to work 15+ hours per week and start immediately. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are preferred, with opportunities to grow within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Personal Care Worker is required.
• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is required.
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide personalised care based on client needs and preferences.
• Support daily living activities at home and in the community.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist with personal care bathing, grooming, showering & dressing
• Provide personalised care based on each client’s needs and preferences
• Support daily living activities at home and in the community
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Transport clients to appointments and social outings
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Encourage independence and enhance wellbeing

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experienced Personal Care Workers

• Excellent communication skills and time management
• Female care workers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 15+ hours per week
• Availability Monday–Friday and alternating weekends
• Immediate start available
• Preferably a small to mid-range vehicle
