Job summary

Benetas is seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to join Broughton Hall in Camberwell. The role offers fixed roster lines with AM or PM shifts, supporting 65 residents in a not-for-profit aged care home.

• Respect for all backgrounds and current NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to residents in the Camberwell home.
• Deliver care across morning and afternoon shifts as rostered.
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents' needs.

Education

• $37.06 -$40.43 hour

The Role

We are looking for experienced Personal Care Workers to join our Broughton Hall home in Camberwell. This home has 65 wonderful residents who value your contribution.

We currently have permanent part-time roster lines available. Please note these are fixed roster patterns and cannot be negotiated. Applicants must be able to commit to one of the roster lines below.

Roster line 1 – AM shifts, 07:00–15:00 Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Roster line 2 – AM shifts, 07:00–15:00 Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Roster line 3 – PM shifts, 14:45–22:00 Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

About You

• Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or Aged Care, or a related qualification, or completed the first year of nursing studies and placements
