Vincent Court is seeking an experienced Personal Care Worker with strong Night Duty experience to join our team in Kempsey, NSW. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents during overnight shifts, including personal care, medication support, and social engagement.

Ideal candidates will have Cert III in Aged Care, be able to work night shifts, and hold or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent.
• Medication competency or willing to obtain (desirable).
• Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients.
• Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain).
• Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• The Personal Care Worker is responsible for ensuring:
• The Personal Care Worker provides clinical care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etc.
• Social and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors, and assisting residents attending activities.
• Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals,
• Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts

We are seeking an experienced Personal Care Worker with strong Night Duty experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents during overnight shifts.

What You Will Do

The Personal Care Worker is responsible for ensuring:

• Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident’s needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc.
• Clinical Care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etc
• Social and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors, and assisting residents attending activities.
• Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals,
• Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts
