Vincent Court in Kempsey, NSW, is seeking an experienced Personal Care Worker who is medication‑competent to join our aged care team. You will provide daily personal and clinical care, including medication support, under a resident‑centred approach.

The role offers a Monday–Friday morning roster with a base rate of $36.23 per hour, plus penalties, 12% super, and leave loading, along with EAP, career development, and not-for-profit salary packaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent.
• Medication Competency or willing to obtain.
• Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients.
• NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain).
• Passion for person-centred care and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care per resident needs and preferences.
• Deliver clinical care including medication support and wound care.
• Support social and recreational activities for residents.
• Assist with meals, cleaning, and daily charts/documentation.

We are seeking an experienced and medication-competent Personal Care Worker to join our team at Vincent Court. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. The roster consists of Monday to Friday morning shifts, totalling 72 hours per fortnight.

What you will do: The Personal Care Worker is responsible for ensuring:

• Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident’s needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc.
• Clinical Care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etc
• Social and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors, and assisting residents attending activities.
• Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals,
• Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts

Who are you and what will you bring?

• Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent
• Medication Competency or willing to obtain
• Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
• Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain)
• Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
