Job summary

Apollo Care Alliance is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse for our 87-bed Kempsey facility in Australia. The role offers permanent part-time shifts and a patient-centred care approach in a supportive team environment.

Candidates must be registered with AHPRA and committed to high-quality, compassionate care within the residential aged care setting. Shifts include mornings, Monday to Saturday, with a welcoming and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as Enrolled Nurse.
• Experience in residential aged care is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hold or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the RN to support and guide the care team.
• Coordinate care in your allocated section and ensure compliance with care plans.
• Recognise and escalate changes in residents’ health.
• Deliver safe, high-quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

You must bededicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. We have a range of shifts availableanda culture of high-levelempathy and compassion for our residents.

The Role

Permanent part-time positions available, ranging from 30 to 70 hours per fortnight, with morning shifts from Monday to Saturday.

We are looking for Enrolled Nurses who are compassionate, motivated, and committed to person-centred care. In this role, you’ll:

• Work closely with the RN to support and guide the care team
• Coordinate care in your allocated section and ensure compliance with care plans
• Recognise and elevate changes in residents’ health.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse - mandatory
• Experience in residential aged care (preferred, but we welcome applications from new graduates)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Passion for providing person-centred care with kindness and professionalism
