Job summary

BLU Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker to support elderly residents with day-to-day tasks, promoting dignity, safety and wellbeing in a professional aged care setting. You will deliver personal care, monitor health changes, assist with care plans, and maintain a safe, clean environment while upholding confidentiality and teamwork within our facility in Queensland.

Shift options include morning, afternoon and night, with rostering to suit your availability and a supportive

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent is mandatory.
• Prior experience in residential aged care settings is mandatory.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Current Queensland Driver's Licence (C Class).
• National Police Check is required.
• Flu vaccination is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Yellow Card (Blue Card or equivalent) may be required depending on role.
