Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Personal Care Worker to provide practical support and companionship for clients in Rockingham and surrounding areas, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing.

You will join Bolton Clarke’s Home & Community Support team, delivering in-home assistance with dignity and respect, and contributing to a caring, community-focused service.

Qualifications

• Own vehicle and Australian Driver licence required.
• First Aid and CPR required.
• Police Check valid within the last 3 years.
• Experience in care and cleaning role highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Domestic Assistance - helping with household tasks to keep homes clean and comfortable.
• Personalised Support - assisting clients with transport to appointments and general help at home.
• Social Engagement - encouraging participation in activities and fostering meaningful connections.

About The Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll provide practical support and companionship to clients and areas covering Rockingham and surrounding areas, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing. Your responsibilities may include:

• Domestic Assistance - Helping with household tasks to keep homes clean and comfortable.
• Personalised Support - Assisting clients to live positively, such as transport to appointments and general help at home.
• Social Engagement - Encouraging participation in activities and fostering meaningful connections

What do we need from you?

• Own vehicle & Australian Driver licence
• First Aid & CPR
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
• Experience in care and cleaning role highly regarded
