Job summary

Bene Aged Care is seeking passionate Personal Care Workers to join the St Agnes Residential Facility on a part-time basis. You will deliver high-quality personal care, assist with daily tasks, and support residents with mobility and wellbeing in a caring, respectful environment.

• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Promote dignity, respect and independence for each resident.

Your Role as a PCW

• Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks


• Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning

What You'll Bring

Essential:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent


• Understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care


• Compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature


• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable:

• Previous experience in residential aged care


• Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
