Job summary

DNA Recruitment is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support our network of aged care facilities across Sydney, NSW. We offer flexible shifts, casual/on-call work, and a roster that fits your lifestyle.

You will provide personal care, companionship and assistance with daily living activities, while upholding resident dignity and choices. Aged care experience, Certificate III and current checks are preferred, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience.
• Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current CPR and Manual Handling certificates.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship and support to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence.
• Support residents across shifts and participate in care planning.

About the Role As a PCA, you’ll be providing personal care, companionship, and support to residents in aged care settings. We offer a variety of shifts across different facilities, giving you the freedom to build your own roster while making a genuine impact.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience
• Reliable, registered and insured vehicle + valid driver’s licence is advantage
• Manual Handling and CPR certificates (current)
• Current Police Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Genuine passion for providing high-quality care and improving lives
