Job summary

DNA Recruitment is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support aged care facilities in Port Macquarie, NSW. Join a network offering flexible rosters, casual/on-call shifts, and a patient-centered care approach.

As a PCA, you will deliver personal care, companionship, and daily support to elderly residents while working across multiple facilities. Prior experience and valid checks are preferred, with vehicle ownership advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience.
• Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship and support to residents in aged care settings.
• Maintain flexible shifts across morning, afternoon, and night to build your roster.

About the Role As a PCA, you’ll be providing personal care, companionship, and support to residents in aged care settings. We offer a variety of shifts across different facilities, giving you the freedom to build your own roster while making a genuine impact.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience
• Reliable, registered and insured vehicle + valid driver’s licence is advantage
• Manual Handling and CPR certificates (current)
• Current Police Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Genuine passion for providing high-quality care and improving lives
