Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 12 months' experience in aged care or residential care.
• Current National Police Check.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Working with Vulnerable People clearance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Supporting mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and hydration needs.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident wellbeing.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and care records.
• Working collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary teams.
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

About the Role
