Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care Australia is seeking casual Personal Care Assistants in Warragul, Victoria. You will provide daily personal care, assist residents with daily living, and maintain accurate records while working with a friendly team.

We value collaboration, accountability, respect and empathy, with flexible shifts mornings, afternoons and nights. Training and support are provided, and compensation is based on experience within a Not-For-Profit environment.

Qualifications

• Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing).
• Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months).
• Genuine empathy that shines through your care.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A true team player who thrives on collaboration.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Whole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional).
• Excellent time management and tech skills.
• Sharp clinical judgment and problem-solving ability.
