Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide compassionate daily support to residents in our community-focused facility.

You will maintain privacy, document care activities, and collaborate with families and staff while working flexible shifts to meet resident needs. Training and ongoing learning are encouraged within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.
• Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months).
• Excellent time management and tech skills.

• Keep accurate records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain privacy and handle feedback or changes sensitively.
