Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care in Warragul is seeking Personal Care Assistants for part-time roles. You will provide daily personal care and support to residents, document care activities, and communicate with families and staff with empathy and professionalism.

We value collaboration, accountability, respect, and continuous learning. The successful candidate will hold a Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, pass a recent police check, and thrive in a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Cert III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) is required.
• Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months).
• Genuine empathy and strong communication and leadership skills.
• Team player with collaboration and continuous learning mindset.
• Excellent time management and basic tech skills.
• Sharp clinical judgment and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care and support to residents.
• Keep accurate records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain privacy and handle feedback sensitively.
• Work flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, and nights.
