Job summary

Central Highlands Rural Health in Daylesford is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to deliver person-centered care to residents in our aged care setting. You will work within a supportive team, helping with daily activities and building meaningful connections with residents and their families.

The role requires a Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or Aged Care, demonstrated experience in aged care, and the ability to work across seven days, including mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV in individual support/Certificate III/IV Aged Care or similar Qualification.
• Experience in Aged Care environment.
• Experience providing services and activities centred around our resident needs including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting and assisting with social activities.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Experience in electronic documentation.
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and resposibilities

What we need from you

• Certificate III/IV in individual support/Certificate III/IV Aged Care or similar Qualification

• Available to work accross 7 days both evening and morning shifts
