Job summary

Contract Care is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) / Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our local aged care agency workforce across the Northern Rivers. We partner with multiple residential aged care facilities and keep staff working close to home.

You'll pick shifts that work for you, get paid well for them, and have a real consultant on the other end of the phone when you need one.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in General or Ageing care required or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months' paid Australian aged care experience as a PCA.
• Current National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Up-to-date COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care to residents in aged care facilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.
• Document care activities and communicate with the team.
