Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care is seeking casual Personal Care Assistants in Victoria. The role involves daily personal care, documentation, and professional communication with residents, families, and staff.

You’ll work mornings, afternoons, and nights in a supportive, not-for-profit environment that values collaboration and empathy. Eligible applicants hold Cert III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support and recent police checks.

Qualifications

• Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) is required.
• Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months) is required.
• Genuine empathy that shines through your care.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; you are a true team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care and support to residents.
• Keep accurate records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain privacy and handle feedback or changes sensitively.
