Job summary

Eldercare is seeking a Part-time Personal Care Assistant for the Maitland site to provide respectful, hands-on support that follows residents’ care plans. You’ll assist with personal care, mobility, and daily tasks to enhance quality of life in a compassionate setting.

About the Role

What you'll do:

• Provide direct care to a designated group of residents under the supervision of a Clinical Leader and/or EN/RN


• Deliver care in alignment with individual care plans, in collaboration with the care leadership team


• Effectively communicate residents' care needs to the Clinical Leader and/or EN/RN


• Contribute to a positive, safe, and supportive environment for both residents and staff


• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to support effective teamwork


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and competency in delivering safe, high-quality care

What You'll Bring

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, or an equivalent qualification


• Previous experience working in a Care Assistant/AIN role (desirable)
